Our strategies to guarantee quality management through more efficient pedagogy in school this time have been highly intensified. It is an indubitable certainty that when the management and pedagogy are impeccable, the result will not only be moral rectitude and academic excellence but we shall transcend and establish Catholic Schools as Places for Creativity and Talents. Contextualising wonderful ideals, in REPACOL, we believe in Prayer, Hardwork and Dicipline (P.H.D.) Rendering creativity and talent in a very clean environment is absolute. Ensuring that Dicipline be rigorous and ferociously fighting againts all that distracts is paramount. We are certain that the Lord will bless our sacrifices with excellent results at the end of the academic year.
Our strategies to implement teaching – learning units (sequences) consisted in organizing in-service seminars for the staff and ensuring that cooperative learning is enhanced so as to concretize our internal policy of “No Child Left behind”. Our strategies to improve on discipline is to pass through the PHD method (Prayer, Hardwork and Discipline). This can only be achieved if there is ORDER and empowerment of the prefects. Hygiene and Sanitation are one of the fall-outs of this policy.
